In our everyday life, we all face stress. Each one of us can recall a period of time which was extremely stressful, either at workplace, at home, or in our social life. Those increased requirements and daily pressure -when they exceed our capabilities and limits- may lead to emotional, social or/and professional destabilization.

Starting from the fundamental principal of health for everyone, our goals are the individual's strengthening and training, in order to be able to transform stress into an opportunity for learning and personal improvement. Numerous researches have proven the decisive impact of multifaceted stress-management and health-promotion programs on the improvement of quality of life, the increase of satisfaction levels from life and oneself, the adoption of healthy behavior, and levels of general good health.
